Eden Futures is recruiting Specialist Support Workers to join our team across Supported Living services, caring for adults in their homes and communities in Crewe. You will support individuals to live as independently as possible, guided by person-centred plans and values-based recruitment.

We welcome applicants with 6-12 months care experience, a genuine passion to help others, and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate with genuine passion to help service users lead a full and active life.
• Values-based recruitment; suitable for those with the right attitude.
• Ability to remain positive on challenging days and influence others positively.
• Willingness to support colleagues and work effectively in a team.
• Minimum 6-12 months working within care as a baseline requirement.

Responsabilités

• Support service users to lead a full and active life according to their wishes and care plans.
• Protect service users from abuse and safeguard their welfare.
• Assist with finances, medications, practical tasks, personal care and healthcare as needed.
• Serve as an informal point of contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report issues to monitor health and wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and keep others safe.
