Job summary

Eden Futures in Oswestry is seeking a Female Specialist Support Worker to join our team, delivering person-centred support in our supported living services across Oswestry. The role covers day shifts and sleep-ins, helping adults with learning disabilities and autism to live as independently as possible in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and choices, considering their assessed needs and individual support and care plans.
• Support individuals to stay safe, safeguarding their welfare and protecting them from abuse where possible.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Help service users participate in social activities, manage finances and medication, and assist with practical tasks around the home.
