Job summary

Eden Futures is hiring Female Specialist Support Workers to join our team across Supported Living services, supporting individuals in their own homes and in the community to live as independently as possible.

This full-time role emphasizes compassionate care, values-driven culture, and ongoing development through training and care pathways. A minimum of 6–12 months in care is preferred; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months working within care (as stated)

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and care plans
• Help keep service users safe and safeguard their welfare
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, personal care, and health needs
• Be an informal contact for families and social workers
• Accurately report issues to monitor health and wellbeing
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and promote welfare
