Active Care Group is seeking a kind, friendly female Live-In Support Worker to join a client in the Gosport/Portsmouth area. The role focuses on person-centred support, building a trusting relationship and enabling daily routines in a relaxed home environment.

The candidate should enjoy meaningful conversations, have good communication, a warm personality, and a sense of humour. You will provide personal care, meals, light chores, and accompany the client on outings with her dog.

She is looking for a kind, friendly and compassionate female live-in support worker who can provide person-centred support while also becoming a positive and trusted part of her daily life.She is a caring and thoughtful person who enjoys spending time with her family, having a good laugh and enjoying friendly banter with her support staff. Good communication is particularly important to her, and she enjoys meaningful conversations with people who take the time to listen and get to know her. She particularly enjoys music, with **Pink** being a favourite! She also has a much-loved dog who lives with her parents, and she enjoys visiting them to spend time with her dog.The ideal support worker will be warm, approachable and genuinely enjoy meaningful conversations, having a laugh and building a strong relationship with the client.
