Active Care Group in Basingstoke is seeking a compassionate Female Live-In Support Worker to assist a male client with an incomplete spinal cord injury in his home. You will live with him on a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off rota and help him stay independent. He has an incomplete spinal cord injury affecting his neck, meaning that he has some movement and/or sensation below the level of his injury. He values his independence and appreciates having the right support to help him manage his day-to-day life and continue doing the things he enjoys.Our client has a much-loved dog who is an important part of his life. He enjoys going to auctions and getting out and about when possible, as well as listening to music in his free time.
