Invictus Complex Care Ltd in Nuneaton seeks a compassionate Health Care Assistant to support a gentleman with spinal cord injury, delivering personal care, medication administration and mobility assistance within a multidisciplinary team.
The role is part-time, 9am–5pm, two shifts per week on a 2:1 basis, with full client-specific training and ongoing clinical support; a full UK driving licence and DBS clearance are essential.

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable Health Care Assistant who will be able to provide the important care and support that our client requires. Our client has a spinal cord injury and experiences episodes of AD therefore requires assistance from someone who understands. He is a dedicated Leeds United FC supporter and has three dogs. Our client is engaged in rehabilitation – his support team will be working within a skilled and supportive multidisciplinary team, with a lot of learning opportunities. We are looking for people who will be able to provide the important care that our client requires.
Full, Clean, UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
Full client specific training will be provided by our brilliant nursing team. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a lovely team and to enhance your skills in complex care, with fantastic 24/7 clinical support.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a health care assistant and be a great team player who will work well alongside our fab team. Any previous experience working with spinal cord injuries and AD would be beneficial.
