Job summary

Horizon Homecare in the United Kingdom is seeking a Community Care Assistant to make a real impact by delivering person-centred home care. You will support with meals, medications, daily tasks, appointments, shopping and social outings, while promoting independence and wellbeing.

Flexible part-time or full-time shifts with weekend availability are available; full training and shadowing are provided to new carers, with mileage options and occasional mileage reimbursement via payroll.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training and shadowing provided.
• UK driver’s license and own car required.
• Full Right to Work in the UK.
• Weekend availability required.

About The Role

Community Care Assistant - Make a Real Impact!

Key Information

Pay Rate: £14 per hour

Experience: No experience needed - full training + shadowing provided

Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available

Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)

Mileage Options:

Mileage Rate: Higher hourly pay + claim mileage separately via HMRC

Non-Mileage Rate: Slightly lower pay + mileage paid through payroll
