Job summary

Mobile Care Services Ltd, part of Natali Healthcare Solutions, is seeking a Community Care Assistant to provide person-centred home care across local clients. You'll support meals, medication, daily tasks and offer companionship, helping people maintain independence in their own homes.

We offer flexible shifts (part-time or full-time), training with shadowing, weekend availability, and bonuses such as £200 training completion, £400 refer-a-friend, and early wage access via WageStream.

Qualifications

• No experience required – full training and shadowing provided.
• UK driver’s licence and own car recommended.
• Full Right to Work in the UK.
