Nobilis Care is seeking a Community Care Assistant to provide person-centred home care across local clients in Waterlooville. The role offers flexible part-time or full-time shifts with training and shadowing provided.

You will support with meals, medications, daily tasks, appointments, shopping and social outings, promoting independence and wellbeing. A UK driving license and your own car are required, with guaranteed hours available.

Community Care Assistant – Make a Real Impact!

Key Information

Please note: Due to the personal care needs of our female clients, this role is open to female applicants only, as permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 (Genuine Occupational Requirement).

• Pay Rate: Up to £13.75 per hour
• Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
• Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
• Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
• Mileage Options:
  • Non-Mileage Rate: Higher hourly pay + claim mileage separately via HMRC
  • Mileage Rate: Slightly lower pay + mileage paid through payroll
