Job summary

Nobilis Care, part of Natali Healthcare Solutions, is seeking a Community Care Assistant to make a real difference in people’s lives at home. You’ll provide person-centered care, help with meals, medications and daily tasks, and offer companionship with a focus on independence and wellbeing.

Flexible shifts (full- or part-time) with full training and shadowing support. Local client visits, NVQ progression, and benefits including early wage access are available.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training and shadowing provided.
• UK driver’s licence and own car preferred where possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered home care.

About The Role

Community Care Assistant - Make a Real Impact!

Key Information

Please note: Due to the personal care needs of our female clients, this role is open to female applicants only, as permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 (Genuine Occupational Requirement).

• Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
• Experience: No experience needed - full training + shadowing provided
• Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
• Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
• Mileage Options:
  • Non-Mileage Rate: Higher hourly pay + claim mileage separately via HMRC
  • Mileage Rate: Slightly lower pay + mileage paid through payroll
