Job summary

Bank of America in Bromley (Greater London) seeks a Feature Lead - Technology to drive the eTrading platform, including market connectivity, price distribution and RFQ engines. You will lead a team of engineers, collaborate with desks, strategists and quants, and shape production support for critical trading systems.

The role requires deep Java/Spring expertise, experience with microservices, and strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL data stores, CI/CD pipelines, and modern RPC frameworks.

Qualifications

• Lead software engineer with experience in building eTrading solutions.
• Experience with D2D, D2C and bilateral eTrading connectivity.
• Proficient in Java/Spring with expertise in developing FIX trading solutions.
• Experience collaborating with desks, strategists and quants for production support and design.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL data stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering for eTrading, including market connectivity and RFQ engines.
• Collaborate with trading desks, strategists and quants for production support and design.
• Grow eTrading engineering talent and contribute to architecture decisions.
