• Financial Promotions & Marketing Reviews: ensure communications comply with FCA guidelines.
• Training & Awareness: support delivery of compliance training to staff.
• Reporting & Record-Keeping: maintain compliance records and assist regulatory reporting.
• Customer Outcomes Reporting: support dashboards and reporting to senior management.
• Horizon Scanning: monitor regulatory updates and prepare summaries and recommendations.
• SM&CR: assist in reviewing and submitting SM&CR applications.
