Job summary

Brit Insurance is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our team in London, focusing on regulatory developments and best practice. You will help ensure the right actions, procedures and reporting are in place across the business.

You will track updates from Lloyd's, the FCA, the PRA and other regulators, assist with horizon scanning, and support regulatory reporting for Brit Group companies (including Bermuda). Training on SMCR, AML, sanctions and conduct risk will be part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory developments, promote best practice and ensure actions, procedures and reporting are in place.
• Track and share updates from Lloyd's, the FCA, the PRA and other regulators with clear summaries.
• Assist in horizon scanning including AI regulatory developments and support regulatory reporting for Brit Group companies (including Bermuda).
• Support sanctions queries, help compile compliance monitoring reports and contribute to training on SMCR, anti-money laundering, sanctions and conduct risk.
