Job summary

Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists in Oxted is seeking a strong, commercially minded Practice Manager to lead the practice. You will coach and develop the team, drive performance and deliver an obsessively great client experience through our Welcome, Discover, Delight journey, ensuring every client leaves satisfied and loyal.

You will own the day-to-day operations, rota management, budgets and MI, stock control and change management.

Qualifications

• FBDO qualified Dispensing Optician required.
• GOC registration essential.
• Proven team leadership and coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing the practice team to reach their full potential.
• Creating a positive, high-performing team environment with accountability.
• Driving sales and performance to achieve budgets and targets.
• Using MI to monitor performance and budgets.
• Managing stock control and spend.
• Leading change and new initiatives across the team.
• Ensuring the Welcome, Discover, Delight client journey is delivered.
