Job summary

Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists in Oxted is seeking a Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the practice, coaching the team to deliver obsessively great service through our Welcome, Discover, Delight journey.

You will own performance metrics, budget management and change initiatives while ensuring exceptional client experience and strong commercial results. FBDO qualified and GOC registered candidates are preferred for this leadership role.

Qualifications

• FBDO Dispensing Optician with GOC registration.
• Experience leading a practice team and delivering against commercial targets.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and performance goals.
• Comfortable working with MI, budgets, stock and financial information.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing the practice team to reach their full potential.
• Drive sales and performance to achieve and exceed budgets and targets.
• Manage rota, holidays and practice resources effectively.
• Use Management Information (MI) to monitor performance and budgets.
• Lead change initiatives and implement new ways of working.
