East London NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Fatigue Administrator to join the Fatigue Service and support the wider Clinical Health Psychology Service. You will manage referrals, schedule appointments and maintain patient records within a friendly multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience as an administrator, ideally in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Manage patient referrals and waitlists, coordinating appointments.
• Provide general administrative support for Fatigue Services and Clinical Health Psychology.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper records in line with policy.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas/minutes and assist with reception duties when needed.
