Bright Horizons in London is offering an exciting Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship programme. You will work as part of a nursery team caring for babies and children up to age 5, gaining practical experience while studying toward your Level 3 Educator qualification.

The ten-month placement is four days a week in the nursery and one day a week at our Learning Hub, with ongoing support from experienced colleagues and a dedicated apprenticeship provider.

Qualifikationen

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above, or Functional Skills Level 2 in both subjects.
• Personal qualities include a genuine passion for working with children and a strong work ethic.

Aufgaben

• Work as part of a nursery team caring for babies and children up to age 5, supporting learning, development and wellbeing through play-based experiences and everyday interactions.
• Fast-track ten month apprenticeship combining hands-on nursery work with structured learning toward Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
• Four days per week in the nursery and one day per week at the Learning Hub with ongoing support from experienced colleagues.
