Job summary

Haven is seeking a Fast-Food Shift Leader to join our seaside venue network. This full-time, permanent role offers practical leadership opportunities and hands-on supervision of busy foodservice operations.

You will lead a team, ensure prompt guest service, oversee food preparation, and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety while supporting training and development. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Shift Leader, Team Leader or Supervisor in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant is preferred but not essential; training and support will be provided.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, especially when handling food orders.
• Committed to providing high-quality, customer-focused service.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Pay Rates: Up to £13.71 per hour depending on age
