Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have management experience in a fast-paced logistics, distribution or warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate, engage and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management (written and verbal).
• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple operational areas, ensuring service, productivity, quality and KPI targets are met.
• Drive operational performance through resource planning, workflow management and continuous improvement.
• Develop, coach and support Front Line Managers to foster a high-performance culture.
• Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to meet site-wide objectives.
