GXO Logistics, Inc. in Crick is seeking a Department Manager to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, highly automated warehouse.

You will own operational performance across multiple functions, develop FLMs, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer commitments. The role emphasizes people leadership, performance management, and strong stakeholder engagement within an automated logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within a fast-paced logistics, distribution, or warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, engage, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
• A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience using operational systems and performance reporting tools

Here at GXO, we're looking for a Department Manager to join our Fashion Retailer at Crick. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of operational performance across multiple warehouse functions, ensuring the safe, efficient, and successful delivery of customer commitments. You'll play a key role in leading frontline managers, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence through effective people leadership, performance management, and stakeholder engagement. This is a full time, permanent position working Friday to Monday 21:00 - 07:00

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £47,900.00 per annum, and 22 days annual leave (inc bank holidays).
