Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operational activities to deliver KPIs, service levels, and budget targets across your area of responsibility.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to align operational plans with business requirements.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, service, and performance.
• Coach, mentor and develop Department Managers and wider teams, supporting succession planning.
• Champion health and safety, employee engagement, and operational compliance.
