Job summary

TikTok is seeking a project intern to support the UK Fashion Ops team from London. You will help with daily execution, merchant communications, and data collection to improve campaign performance and activation. This is a new hire, not a replacement, with a minimum 3-month commitment.

You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech environment, work with multiple internal teams, and contribute to major campaigns like BFCM while developing practical skills and industry understanding.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• Ability to commit to an internship of at least 3 months; long-term availability is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working with Excel and able to organize data, conduct basic analysis, and translate findings into insights.

Responsibilities

• Assist with merchant communication, including campaign reminders, product collection, asset follow-up, and participation tracking.
• Support campaign operations for UK Fashion, including major campaigns (BFCM) and other seasonal initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Campaign, Shoptab and Creatto to follow up on operational tasks.
• Support data collection and basic product/shop/category/industry performance analysis.
• Support ad hoc tasks related to UK Fashion category growth and merchant activation.
