Job summary

TikTok is offering a Global Operations Business Development Intern position for a 12-week Summer 2027 in London. This internship in TikTok Shop Operations provides hands-on exposure to merchant onboarding, product listings, and campaign analytics within a fast-growing marketplace team.

You'll work with the Business Development team to identify & onboard sellers, support outbound campaigns, analyze category growth with data insights, and help optimize post-campaign performance while developing

Qualifications

Currently studying a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or any similar field.
Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer of 2027.
Understanding of TikTok and TikTok Shop from a customer perspective/in-app experience.
Experience working with Excel and delivering actionable insights.
Data-driven, strong execution with attention to detail, good communication, collaborative, and good time management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead qualification; Identify relevant sellers for onboarding based on lead lists and own industry research, support merchant acquisition and - once onboarded - first product listings and sales.
Support outreach activities through email campaigns and calls to book meetings.
Collaborate with account managers to analyse the category growth opportunities of merchants through data analysis, and continuously improve the operational capabilities and output of merchants on the platform.
Follow up on product selection and submission for key special campaigns and promotional activities, as well as the tracking and analysis of the post campaign performance.
