Ringway is seeking a proactive Supervisor to oversee maintenance and improvement works across the National Highways East Contract. You will supervise activities on the high-speed network, ensuring they are carried out safely, efficiently and to National Highways standards.

The role requires experience supervising SRN works, a strong highways construction background, and relevant accreditations (SMSTS/SSSTS, NRSWA desirable).

Qualifications

• Experience supervising works on the National Highways SRN.
• Strong highways maintenance or construction background.
• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• National Highways tickets and accreditations are essential.
• NRSWA Supervisor accreditation desirable.

Responsabilités

• Supervise highways maintenance and operational activities across the network.
• Ensure works meet health, safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate operatives, subcontractors and resources on site.
• Conduct site inspections, briefings and toolbox talks.
• Monitor programme delivery and report progress to management.
• Ensure compliance with National Highways policies, procedures and permit requirements.
• Support incident response and emergency works when required.
