• Willingness to complete training and gain qualifications.
• Able to follow a Care Plan and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene if required.

• Help with cooking meals.
• Assist with medical appointments.
• Support social activities and independent skills.
• Help with domestic duties and laundry.
• Keep accurate records and update care plans.
