Job summary

Advance is seeking Casual Support Workers in Hampshire, Fareham to assist people with learning disabilities, autism and other needs. The role covers varied shifts from days to nights, with responsibilities including personal care, meals, appointments, activities and record-keeping.

No previous care experience is required; training and support are provided. A Full UK driving licence and good communication are essential, with opportunities for progression within Advance.

• English literacy and numeracy sufficient for care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene as needed.
• Administer medications if required and safe.
• Support with meals, appointments, social activities and daily living.
• Maintain care records and update plans as required.
• Ensure safety and security of premises during night shifts.
• Attend training and keep up to date with requirements.
