Everton Football Club is seeking Casual Customer Service Advisors to join our Fan Services and Customer Support Team. The role involves handling inbound calls for ticket sales and Club enquiries, liaising with supporters face-to-face, and responding to enquiries by email.

The team is the first point of contact for Evertonians and customers, providing advice and assistance on a wide range of topics. The location will vary across club sites, including Royal Liver Building, Hill Dickinson Stadium

Qualificações

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Experience in customer-facing roles or call centres preferred.
Able to work across club sites and events.
Proficient with standard office software (Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

Be the first point of contact for supporters and customers by phone, email or face-to-face, delivering excellent customer service.
Handle inbound sales processing tickets for matchday and non‑matchday events and other Club products.
Respond to inbound enquiries and feedback via email quickly and efficiently.
Assist the department's Accessibility Team with ticket sales and matchday enquiries when required.
Maintain professional, friendly relations with customers and internal teams.
