Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles or call centres preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with supporters and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for supporters via phone, email, or face-to-face with excellent service while following Club policies.
• Process inbound ticket sales for matchday and non-matchday events and other Club products.
• Respond to inbound enquiries and feedback promptly by email.
• Assist the Accessibility Team with ticket sales and matchday enquiries when required.
• Identify trends in contacts and alert the Fan Services and Customer Support Manager for resolution.
