Job summary

Liverpool Football Club is seeking an enthusiastic Supporter Services representative for a fixed-term contract, based at Anfield Stadium. You will manage inbound and outbound fan contacts across calls, emails, web chat and face to face, delivering consistently excellent service.

You will resolve queries, handle complaints, promote club services, and maintain supporter data with care. The role is 3 months, with varied full/part-time hours and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Digitally literate with good Microsoft Office skills.
• Customer and people focused with empathy and rapport-building.

Responsibilities

• Handle contacts to and from Liverpool FC supporters relating to products and services.
• Provide information clearly and promote relevant services as appropriate.
• Process administration tasks as needed.
• Represent the LFC Brand with high-quality interactions and protect supporter information.
• Adhere to club policies on security, data, payments and cash handling.
• Work proactively as part of the wider team.
• Record reasons for supporter contact to aid planning and forecasting.
