Job summary

Fulham FC is seeking a friendly Ticket Office Associate at Craven Cottage, to handle supporter enquiries across phone, email, online and in person, and to assist with ticket and commercial product sales using Ticketmaster. The role is on-site with variable hours on matchdays and events.

You will deliver excellent customer service, work well under pressure, and support the Head of Ticketing and Deputy Manager with day-to-day duties, including maintaining supporter records and processing sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries across phone, email, online and in-person channels.
• Deliver on the sale of Fulham FC commercial products through the Club's ticketing system, Ticketmaster.
• Provide service excellence to supporters and staff at all times, in a polite, courteous and professional manner.
• Handle customer queries and complaints with a solution-driven and positive approach.
• Process all ticket sales for Fulham FC products, away games and supporter travel, with daily reconciliation through Ticketmaster.
• Update and maintain supporter database records across the Ticketing System (Ticketmaster) and CRM.
• Work all home league matchdays, on evenings or weekends, and any other ad-hoc fixtures or events as required.
• Provide assistance to the Head of Ticketing and Deputy Supporter Centre Manager with Ticket Office duties as required.
• Carry out other tasks to assist in the efficient operation of the business, maintaining confidentiality.
