Job summary

Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is seeking a proactive Membership Co-ordinator to support the One Hotspur Moments loyalty programme and Junior Mascot experiences across both men’s and women’s teams.

You will manage member communications, newsletters and digital engagement, while helping deliver in-life and digital member events throughout the season. A degree or equivalent experience and CRM familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a membership, fan engagement, events or communications role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written communication skills and confidence drafting member-facing content.
• Comfortable working with email marketing or CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• High attention to detail in operational delivery and written communications.
• Experience coordinating safeguarding processes or working with children in a professional context.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Membership Executive in executing the One Hotspur Moments loyalty and rewards programme.
• Coordinate the Junior Mascot experience for men’s and women’s fixtures.
• Build and send the monthly One Hotspur Member Newsletter and manage the One Hotspur Updates channel.
• Provide on-ground support for fan engagement events and manage registration and communications.
