Job summary

Tottenham Hotspur is seeking a proactive Membership Co-ordinator to support the One Hotspur Moments loyalty programme and junior mascot experiences across all teams. You will manage member communications, newsletters and assist with in-life and digital events throughout the season.

The role requires strong organisation, excellent written communication and comfort with CRM platforms. Occasional matchday and weekend hours are expected in a busy football environment.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent, or demonstrable professional experience in a relevant field.
• Any relevant qualifications in marketing, events, communications or sports management would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Junior Mascot experience for both Men’s and Women’s teams.
• Build and send member communications and newsletters.
• Support in-life and digital member events and experiences.
• Maintain accurate participant records and safeguarding compliance.
• Plan and deliver matchday and event logistics.
