It is a safe, supportive environment, with low staff turnover – most staff who are sent in by Prospero Teaching are offered a permanent contract after their first 12 weeks!!
The role requires you to go out into the community and liaise with social workers, and family members to help these young people to engage with the curriculum as best they can.
