Salary: HC07£31,067- £35,235 (pro-rata £22,671 - £25,712 per annum)

The Role
The Early Help family support team is seeking to appoint a dynamic family support worker. You will work directly with vulnerable children (aged 0-18) and their families to promote their welfare and development. You will be delivering targeted support in the home using a solution focussed approach to build supportive and empowering relationships with families and reduce the need for higher level support. We work in close partnership with other agencies and professionals across Herefordshire to provide and co-ordinate a package of support that will address all the families’ needs using the supporting families’ framework.
You will have experience of working with children and their families in a multi-agency environment and be skilled at engaging children, young people and families to deliver a wide range of interventions. We will provide you with regular supervision, training, the opportunity for progressive professional development and the chance to work with a well-established team dedicated and committed to achieving best outcomes for children in Herefordshire.
