Job summary

Carepro Limited is seeking skilled Family Support Workers in London to assist with a varied load of cases, all with varied complexities. You will provide knowledge, experience, and support to maintain a safe family environment, with the wellbeing of young people in mind.

Responsibilities include guiding parents on how care tasks should be done and supporting them until they can do them independently, while staying calm and professional in challenging settings.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Right To Work with 12+ Months Experience in a similar role.
• Full CV including Employment History (any breaks over 2 weeks must be accounted for).
• Enhanced DBS (Vulnerable Children & Adults) with Update Service. Carepro will assist if needed.
• Five Years Practical Reference History.

Our aim is to bridge the gap between care & service, meaning that we will fully entrusting in yourself to provide the appropriate care to our Young People, & in turn you can ensure you have a team working solely on your behalf, to ensure your service expectations are met at our end.

Conflict resolution is crucial to this role. We need to ensure our workers are solution driven, with great communication skills, in order to maintain a calm, professional & caring approach, whilst in hostile situations & environments.

You may be required to demonstrate to parents how things should be done, then support them until they can do these things on their own.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS (Vulnerable Childrens & Adults), Registered on the Update Service. (Carepro will aim to assist with this, should you have any difficulty).
