Job summary

Carepro Limited is seeking skilled Support Workers for children and young people in London. You will provide knowledge, experience, and support to maintain a safe and stable family environment, prioritising the well-being of young people.

Responsibilities include conflict-resolution, calm and professional handling of challenging situations, and guiding parents until they can operate independently. Negotiable pay rates and flexible shifts offered.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Right To Work with 12+ Months Experience in a similar role.
• Full CV inc. Employment History (Any Breaks Longer Than 2 Weeks Must be Accounted For)
• Enhanced DBS (Vulnerable Childrens & Adults), Registered on the Update Service. (Carepro will aim to assist with this, should you have any difficulty).
• Five Years Practical Reference History

Conflict resolution is crucial to this role. We need to ensure our workers are solution driven, with great communication skills, in order to maintain a calm, professional & caring approach, whilst in hostile situations & environments.
