Job summary

With a requirement for NVQ Level 3 in a relevant field and at least one year of experience, you will help families achieve sustainable change. The position offers 26 hours per week with flexible days and a salary of £13.72 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1 year’s experience working with and supporting children and families.
• Confidence in partnership/multi-agency working.
• Ability to engage with families who may be resistant or feel anxious.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate joined-up care with partners including Family Hubs, schools, and health services.
• Assess needs and write action plans for families.
• Deliver hands-on support and help families achieve sustainable change.
