Our specialist team in Newton Abbot is one of the largest in the South West. We represent children, parents, and grandparents involved in care proceedings, private law applications, divorce, and injunction matters. A significant portion of our work involves public law proceedings, where we are instructed by CAFCASS.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will manage and conduct your own caseload and assist other fee earners when necessary. The caseload includes public law, private law, and rule 16.4 appointments.
What We’re Looking For
You should be a member of the Children’s Panel, able to work independently and as part of a team. Good advocacy skills, IT proficiency, and administrative skills are essential.
