Private Client Solicitor - fully remote, Greater Manchester

Premier Solicitors are seeking two Private Client Solicitors / Chartered Legal Executives to join our busy Private Client team. These roles offer the opportunity to impact the department, grow professionally, and achieve your career and financial goals. One position is based at our Bedford office (office/hybrid), and the other is fully remote.

You should be talented, driven, and dedicated.

Responsibilities

Manage your own caseload of private client files, primarily probate work, including:

• Ancillary work (administrations, registering life interest trusts, setting up and dissolving trusts, deeds of variation)

You will also assist Directors in developing the department as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ PQE in Private Client work
• Strong client care skills and ability to provide professional legal advice
• Ability to generate fees in line with targets
• Experience managing own caseload
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong drafting, communication, and technical skills
• Preferably STEP qualified
