Job summary

North Lanarkshire Family Service is seeking a fixed-term Team Manager to lead day-to-day operations, safeguarding, performance reporting and partnership work until April 2027. The postholder will supervise family support workers and practitioners, ensuring trauma-informed, person-centred and family-inclusive practice.

You will manage referrals, caseload allocation and service capacity, build relationships with social work, health, education and third sector partners, and support contract

Qualifications

• Experience in family support, substance use, social care or related field.
• Line management, supervision and staff development.
• Partnership working with social work, health, education and third-sector partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and management of the North Lanarkshire Family Service.
• Ensure trauma-informed, person-centred and family-inclusive support is delivered to standard.
