Phoenix Futures in North Lanarkshire is recruiting a Family Team Manager on a fixed-term basis until 24 April 2027. The role leads the North Lanarkshire Family Service, ensuring trauma-informed, child- and family-centred practice, safeguarding, and partnership working with Social Work, Health, Education and ADP partners.

You will manage a team of Family Support Workers, Practitioners and volunteers, oversee performance and quality improvement, and deliver services within contractual requirements

Competenze

• Relevant experience in family support, social care or related field.
• Experience of leading a team and supporting staff development.
• Knowledge of safeguarding responsibilities and trauma-informed practice.

• Provide effective leadership and operational management of the North Lanarkshire Family Service.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred, trauma-informed support.
• Manage and develop a skilled team with supervision and performance management.
