Pro Social Partners Ltd in Newbury, West Berkshire, is recruiting a permanent Social Worker for the Family Safeguarding service. You will manage a caseload of children on Child in Need and Child Protection plans, undertake enquiries, assess needs, and contribute to core group meetings, while keeping children's voices central.

You'll work in a multi-disciplinary team with partner agencies, receive regular supervision and training, and benefit from a defined local government pension scheme and

Competenze

• A recognised Social Work qualification and current Social Work England registration.
• Post-qualifying experience in children's safeguarding.
• Sound knowledge of Working Together to Safeguard Children and statutory processes.

Mansioni

• Manage a caseload of children subject to Child in Need and Child Protection plans.
• Undertake Section 47 enquiries, assessments and direct work with children and families.
• Prepare reports and present at child protection conferences and core group meetings.
• Work closely with partner agencies to reduce risk and improve outcomes for children.
• Keep children's voices at the centre of all assessment and planning.
