Job summary

Leaders In Care is seeking a Social Worker for a statutory role in a South West Wales authority, focusing on safeguarding and welfare of children and families. The post offers flexibility with hours and location, under supportive management in a collaborative environment.

You will assess risks, develop and implement protection plans, and work with partners to achieve positive outcomes within the family safeguarding model. A Social Work qualification and registration are required.

Qualifications
