Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License Provisional Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) Eligible Mandatory

Role and Facility Information

Our medical clinic was first established in the heart of Surrey in 2023, and we have been quickly expanding ever since. We have just built an additional 8 rooms and are looking for physicians to join us. We are a physician-owned and operated clinic, currently with a team of 5 family doctors and 1 endocrinologist.

Our goal as a clinic is to provide the highest level of patient care while creating a satisfying and fulfilling workplace environment for our physicians. Our team includes 5 experienced MOAs committed to providing efficient and friendly patient care to support our practice. We also have an on-site pharmacy, which is a valuable resource for our physicians and patients.

We prioritize work-life balance, offering flexible clinic hours tailored to individual physician needs. Our services include MSP, ICBC, and WCB patients, along with cosmetic procedures and an interesting procedure clinic. Our family physicians are on the LFP pay model, with remuneration based on an 80/20 split. We are open to considering contracts for new-to-practice physicians.

The clinic uses Med Access EMR, customized to streamline workflows and reduce physician workload and burnout. Features include online booking, patient reminders, televisits, Dragon Dictation, and brand-new dual-screen desktops in each room.

The clinic boasts a high-quality, patient-oriented design with 8 patient rooms, including a procedure room, 2 washrooms, and a staff lunchroom. Due to our unique location, we offer abundant free parking for all patients.

Our office has sponsored numerous new-to-practice physicians and IMGs, many of whom continue to practice with us. We are seeking passionate and dedicated physicians to join our family. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a newly built facility with an efficient and successful system.
