Home-Start HOST is seeking Family Navigators to support and connect families with Oldham’s services. You will lead a team and coordinate activity across Family Hubs, helping families access a wide range of local support and build confidence to overcome barriers.

The role emphasises safeguarding and working with diverse communities, with a commitment to delivering high-quality family support in a fixed-term, full-time position in Oldham.

Qualificações

• We’re looking for applicants with experience supporting children, parents or families.
• We value safeguarding awareness and the ability to engage a diverse range of families.
• Ability to lead and support a team and deliver projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the Family Navigator team within Oldham’s Family Hubs network.
• Coordinate delivery of the Family Navigator program with partners and services.
• Support families to access and connect with suitable local support.
