Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal looking for your next career move?

We're working with a well-established law firm that is expanding its residential property team and looking to appoint a confident and capable Conveyancing Paralegal to support their growing client base.

The Firm:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting fee earners with a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion
  • Drafting legal documents including contracts, transfers, and completion statements
  • Conducting searches and reviewing reports
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders
  • Assisting with Land Registry and SDLT submissions
  • Managing administrative duties and keeping case files up to date

Requirements:

  • At least 6–12 months’ experience in residential conveyancing (either in a paralegal or assistant capacity)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and client care abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with case management systems is desirable
