Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Paralegal, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with a minimum of three years’ experience in residential conveyancing to join their team.

1. Responsibilities:
2. Manage an average of 25 new files per month with support, or 18 files independently.
3. Handle high-quality residential conveyancing work supported by a loyal client base and trusted referrers.
4. Work with onboarding and post-completion teams to ensure smooth workflow.
5. Potentially supervise or train a dedicated paralegal when assigned.
6. Contribute to the growth of the property department within the expanding, CQS-accredited Residential Property Law team of 28 professionals.
7. Uphold high standards of client care and communication.
