We're looking for qualified Residential Property Lawyers at the start of their conveyancing career to join the Eden team. If you have 1-3 years experience and want to learn and grow, let us know - show us you're interested in joining Eden today.

With full remote working, on any given day you could be doing one or all of these things:

• Ownership and responsibility for managing mixed caseload of residential property cases from instruction through to completion
• Provide cover for colleagues on other cases with direction from your Team Leader
• Use the case management system to accurately update case tasks and activities in a timely manner
• Manage deadlines and deal with exchange of contracts and completion of transactions
• Provide proactive communication to keep customers, partners and other conveyancers updated on case progress
• Deliver KPIs that provide excellent customer service and satisfaction

All our teams work to exacting standards, and so we're looking for friendly and diligent Residential Property Lawyers with the following:

• Qualified with up to 3 years experience in residential conveyancing as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
• Evidence of recent CPD including AML training
• Strong communication skills
• Strong affinity for digital technology
• Experience and competency in freehold sales and purchase, leasehold sales and purchases
• Ambition to develop their conveyancing experience and skills
