Join the Family Law Department of a Leading Firm!

Our client, an established and highly regarded law firm, is offering the opportunity to join their market-leading private family law department in their Hereford office.

1. They are looking to appoint a full-time or part-time Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent to their family law team.
2. You should demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with private family law caseloads, including:
   • Divorce proceedings
   • Financial remedy proceedings
   • Cohabitation and separation agreements
   • Pre and post-nuptial agreements
   • Children matters
3. You will be able to build and develop new and existing client relationships.
4. Work effectively as a fee earner as part of a successful family law team.
