Salary:Up to £60,000 (DOE)

About the Role
A new opportunity has arisen for a Family Law Solicitor with 3-4 years PQE to join a reputable and supportive firm in Swindon. This is an excellent chance for a driven solicitor to take ownership of a varied caseload and play a key role in the development of the family department. The role will involve:
Managing a diverse caseload of privately funded family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation, and private children work.
Advising clients with clarity, empathy, and professionalism through complex emotional situations.
Drafting legal documentation including consent orders, cohabitation agreements, and pre/post-nuptial agreements.
Handling negotiations and advocacy at court hearings where appropriate.
Supporting business development efforts and building long-lasting client relationships.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be a qualified Solicitor with 3-4 years PQE in Family Law.
Demonstrate strong technical ability and a confident approach to handling a varied caseload.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
Be capable of working independently while also contributing to team success.
Be keen to progress your career within a firm that encourages long-term development.
